Originally formed by offering student’s accommodation and education services in Australia to initiating and developing global partnerships, moving into recruitment and training services.

Pauline's Bio

Pauline Borch is the Director of Borch Leeman Pty Ltd. She has a Human Resource Diploma and has had many years of experience in the Corporate and Educational Industries. Pauline offers a wealth of experience in understanding people and what they want.    Pauline’s memberships span from the Australian Institute of Management (AMI) Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) The Australian Internship Industry Association (AIIA) Victoria Employers Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI) Carlton Football Club (BLUES) The Australian Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AACCI) sponsor of the Lost Dog Home and the RSPCA.

Her ten years experience caring and helping International students adapt to their new careers has earned her respect with all cultures. She strongly believes it is vital to become familiar with all cultures and transform the knowledge into training programs to successfully achieve dreams and goals.

As a person who has undertaken extensive travel to understand all cultures, she understands the importance of obtaining a strong education a balanced life and career transition. Pauline continues to learn and grow every day; she supports her team 100% and is always open to new ventures and ideas.
